We're Rita and Inês, and as the founders of [brand], we know how challenging it can be to get back into a training routine after a break. We've been exactly where you are now - motivated, but not sure where to start. That's why we want to share with you a few tips to help you start again with energy and confidence. Shall we?
1. Simple goals for a realistic fresh start 🎯
You don't have to “give it your all” in the first week. Believe me, we've fallen into that trap before and learned that the most important thing is to start slowly. A 20-minute workout or a walk outside counts as a step forward. The trick is to maintain consistency, even if the start is small.
2. Make training part of your day 📅
This is the tip that saves us the most: choose a time of day just for you. Whether it's in the morning to wake up with energy, or at the end of the day to release stress, the important thing is to make a habit of it. We love setting the alarm early and practicing before the day starts “for real”.
3. Dress to feel amazing 👕
We confess: we're obsessed with comfortable clothes that make us feel good (which is exactly why we created our collection!). When we wear something that gives us confidence and freedom of movement, training flows naturally. Choose pieces that you like and that inspire you - trust us, it makes a difference!
4. Slow and steady goes a long way 🚶♀️➡️🏃
We've all started workouts thinking “I'll give it my all today!” and ended up exhausted... or worse, not wanting to continue. Don't do that! The secret is to gradually increase the pace. The most important thing is to listen to your body and respect your limits.
5. Add a touch of fun 💪
We love creating lively playlists or trying out new workouts. And when we can, we challenge each other - everything is more fun (and motivating) with company. Find something that excites you, because training has to be more than an obligation!
6. Take care of yourself before, during and after 🧘♀️
Stretching, hydrating, sleeping well - it's all part of it. Believe me, we learned it by force (thanks, injuries 😅). Take care of your body at every stage of training so that you always feel your best.
